Feedback on 07 Damon Astoria 3 Slides 300 Diesel BUNK BEDS

I am considering a 1st time entry at RVing. I have rented one 6 years or so ago and have now retired and looking at RVing as an alternate to Hotel/motel vacations - have two grandkids between 1 and 5 yrs old to take on trips. Found this MH on the internet - 07 Damon Astoria 3 Slides 300 Diesel BUNK BEDS.
Some questions that I am looking for some feedback on.
1. Where would one get a independent review of a MH in SE Louisiana area.
2. Where would one find the "Blue Book Pricing" of RV's.
3. Any pros or cons with this model that I should be aware of.

Thanks ahead of time for the feedback.

We just bought a Berkshire 390BH-60 - bunk model diesel and quite happy with it so far! Bunks are awesome with kids. I travel for work and this is our plan to stay together more.

Check nada.com, click on RV. We negotiated aggressively (tell them you're from out of town and headed a few hours down the road to look at several others - then make an aggressive offer!) and bought it for 20k under low retail number.

How much are they asking on the Damon?

$98,000 seems high. We bought our bunk model way under low retail, not sure if ours was a killer deal or simply indicative of end of season deals...
