I use Zep #2 floor finish a couple of times a year. First clean with a little ammonia, Dawn mixture. Rinse clean, dry and apply Zep with a sponge mop.
You'll most likely want to wash the whole rv at the same time to be sure no residue is left on the walls.
For painted surfaces use Zaino Brothers AIO Polish. You will not find a product better or easier to apply. No, I don't make money on the stuff.

I'm considering cleaning/coating my 12 year old neglected fiberglass roof with the dicor clean/coating product. My main concern is during the cleaning process what effect does the cleaner have on full body paint as it runs down from the roof. Dicor says cover the sides of the coach with plastic before applying. I know that the wax will be stripped but will any runoff effect the paint? Did anyone who used this cleaner cover the painted area and did any of it get on the paint when cleaning? Any hints applying cleaner/coating will be appreciated.

Use a sponge mop and apply gingerly. If it's running down the side of your coach, you are applying to much at a time. Once dry, apply a second coat. I use the Zep Final floor finish product at home depot and have had great success with it.

The paint/sealer can be controlled easily. The instructions for the cleaner state: Apply with sprayer, scrub and rinse with water. The runoff from the cleaner is my concern.

My vote goes for the Zep or Red Maxx Pro floor finish. I've read nothing but good things about either finish for protecting and shining fiberglass. My son had a new concrete patio put in and the concrete finisher told him to use Mop n Glo, same type of product, to put the shine back into his patio. Easy to use and apply and I intend to put it on my fiberglass roof during spring prep.
