Filtered Valve Stem Extension

Has anyone used a filter valve stem extension to protect a TPMS sensor from the Equal balance powder. My front tire valve stems are curved so I can't use the filtered core. There is an extension that can be used that contains a filter. Looking for feedback on this setup.

I'd think a filter would be in order so not to clog the TPMS sensor. It shouldn't matter as long as it's between the sensor and the powder in the tire.

I did buy and install the filtered extensions. They come without a core, so I installed two new cores and removed the cores from the tires then installed the extensions. Seem to work OK so far but am going to monitor the tire pressure over the next few days.

When I had my tires balanced with the beads special valve stems come with them.
