Finding Wheel simulators

I damaged my simulators taking them off. Ordered new ones and they wouldn't fit. Checked with all the dealers and when I entered 2004 P-32 workhorse, all I get is blanks. The dealers are showing up to 2003 workhorse but not 2004. Found out the old ones were Dicor versa liners and probably can go there. Has others had this problem and found them elsewhere?

I went to the Dicor website and ordered parts directly for my wheel covers.
