PDI = PRE-delivery inspection. Never heard it referred to as a POST delivery inspection. But...it works either way I suppose.

Switch box, as mentioned, doesn't care where it gets it's signal. Digital or analog is all the same to it.

Same goes for that scam many businesses are still using to sell people special 'Digital' antennas and digital amp/antenna designs. The old analog amp/antennas work fine with digital. I have to shake my head when people try to convince me that the new crank up antenna & amp combo they paid hundreds for is NECESSARY because of digital TV. Simply not true.

In regards to OP's problem, I think post #4 nailed it. Coaxial cable is very stout and breaks in the wire are vanishingly rare. I'd look for a disconnected cable or a switch set wrong at the switch box first.

You need to get yourself a pocket toner coaxial tester about 10 dollars from e bay. It will tell you if your cable is good. Avoid most big name RV shops they rip you off. Find you a locally known heavy eqipment repair shop. They can do most of the repairs better work and better price.

Thanks for everyones replies and solutions hopefully. I am actually looking forward to doing some of this work myself as it is all interesting to me. Of course it is my new to me toy and am like a little kid with a new toy. I only paid 15k for it and can afford to fix up and do upgrades. Will be updating interior when warmer, such as new carpet, tile or laminate and some new seats etc.

That's the spirit, you can do the work yourself, checkout the cable with a tester, if bad, start from the switch box up front, trace it down and replace it. A rodent could have chewed through the thing.
I installed a tv in a new location so I ran new cable from the box up front down the side window pillar, under the motor home, along the chassis in the compartments, coming up behind the toilet where factory wires went up, cut a hole for a "old work" electrical box, installed the cable on a cable face plate. No problemo, fun to do.

When I bought my Rv the dealer almost insisted I say over night in the RV at their facility and use every device in the RV then we conducted a 5 hour pre delivery inspection and training on the rig the next morning. Found a few minor but simple to fix or adjust before I drove out.
