Fleetwood Discovery Roof Leak Problem

I have a 2009 Fleetwood Discovery 40X. The past few hard rains, water has started leaking from my kitchen exhaust fan. (See Picture) Last night I pulled the inside cover off to verify where the leak was, and noticed that the leak was not from the fan itesf at all. The water was coming from the same channel that the fan wires are fed through. From the fan opening, the wires go towards the back of the bus about 6 inches, then 90* to the right towards the center of the bus. I'm assuming the is a main channel for wiring running through the center of the ceiling.

My roof had brand new cover and caulk installed on the roof in May 2014. I plan on getting up on the roof today after work if it isn't raining to see if I see anything.

Does anyone have any experience on how these wiring channels are fed through the ceiling or have possibly had this problem before?
