biggcrisp,
I also have a Flair 26e that had the same problem with the slide as yours. Had the same solution (slide roller ramps) applied as well. Regarding the bottom seal, I solved the problem by installing strips of right-angled plastic molding that catches the seal and pulls it in the upright position when the slide is opened. I fully extended the slide, held the seal in the upright position with the vertical part of the molding directly behind it, and screwed the molding into place. Obviously the vertical part of the molding should be long enough to engage the seal, but not so long as to rub the lower surface of the slide opening. Also, the molding should not be installed on the slide roller ramps because it would interfere with the rollers. Sometimes I have to do a little adjustment by hand after the slide is opened, but the seal now works as intended by making contact with the bottom of the slide.
Other than the slide, the 26e has been relatively trouble free and, after addition of a rear track bar, is a pleasure to drive. My wife and I are very pleased with our decision to purchase this motorhome.
