Fleetwood storm 33Q

Newbies to RV's. Our house TV will partially rise on one side. It was up when we had walk through. Any thoughts?

Howdy and welcome. Is your Storm brand new? If so, I'd recommend calling the dealership or Fleetwood Customer Service at (800) 322-8216. Good luck.

I'm trying hard to imagine what "partially rise on one side" could mean, but it defies me. Definitely ak about it - doesn't sound normal to me!

In some coaches there are flat screen tv mounts that pivot up (or sideways) and out of the way, but that doesn't sound like what you described.

It is on the passenger side of the house next to the fold put table and below the window. When extended it rises and covers the outside window. I think it is not mounted on the lift properly.

OK, now I understand. You have the tv mounted on a motorized lift. At a guess, either something is blocking the lift of one side, or the tv has slipped off its mount and is jamming. Would have to look it over carefully to determine what the source of the problem is.

At dealership for month just got part in but still waiting for estimated time of repair. Like pulling teeth. Second weekend in row that I was planning to take out. In this day of instant information it is taking forever.

Been at dealership for a month now. Missed two planned outings. They were waiting for part. Part came in yesterday. Now waiting for answer to estimated time of completion. Like pulling teeth. Hard to believe that's its been over an hour and no reply to when it might be ready. Frustrating!!
