FlexSteel Customer Service - 2 Thumbs Up
We have a 2013 Tiffin Allegro 32CA with a FlexSteel sleeper sofa. The sleeper has an air spring mattress. On our last outing, the cap over the air inlet to the mattress broke. Contacted FlexSteel Customer Service via e-mail, and within just a couple hours got an e-mail back advising that they would have a new cap int he mail that day.
As the mattress is out of warranty, and pretty frequently used, I offered to pay for the cap, or at least shipping, but the Customer Service rep, Lisa, insisted that FlexSteel would take care of it as they stand behind their products.
I hear so much negative stuff about suppliers, repair shops, retailers, etc, that I wanted to post up a positive experience. With this kind of Customer Service, FlexSteel has earned a customer for life!
