Floor plans

Hmm, inquiring mind wants to know why are the wife's favorite floorplans in the worst qc coaches? Makes for an unhappy wife!
I am tired of saying NO, No way, you can't have that one!

Guess I am lucky then, my wife is open to any floor plan as long as it has a bath and 1/2.

I'm not sure there is all that much difference in QC - they all seem to make a few lemons on a regular basis. However, there are some differences in the quality of materials, cabinet construction, maintainability, etc.

Perhaps you should understand her requirements.

Perhaps the industry is failing to think these days. I know I see a lot of older floor plans that we both like better than the current crop that depend on slide outs and glitz. I know we have a list of "do nots". Mostly comes down to storage, TV sight lines, seating, bathroom sink access, shower, etc. The latest add on was an electric only refer in a class c.
