Floor tile cracked on new Essex ??

We are still on the dealers lot and after a short test drive of our new Essex two of the 3 in glass inserts in the floor are cracked has anyone had this problem?

Sounds like a lot of flexing going on if it happens now what about down the road a bit.

You might want to wait and leave them cracked for a while and take a ride back to the factory in a month or two. and have them do the repair. Might have a problem and some more might crack. I know it probably looks bad but they might fix those two and a week later might have another one break. I'd do a real good shakedown trip and keep a list and have repaired at a later convient date. That way your not tied up for a week or two while they fix it and then the first trip out you find other problems. First year with some RV's are spent back at the dealers until the bugs or worked out.

Tell the better half to through a small rug over it and go have fun. You know they will fix whatever it takes.

I would say somethings not right. We've over 6000 on our Dutch Star with no cracking of any tiles.

You took deliver at dealers were they notice to be crack than?
If it has a heat grid under them, the factory would be a stop, if there just the tiles, than dealer maybe able to handle it.

Tile

Yes think we will be in camp newmar just a bit bumed while taking delivery, thought might have a water leak didn't consider the floor might be an issue! Thanks for your thought.
