Sorry for the delay in posting pics. Traveling for work. Will get them soon.

To get the flooring under the kitchen cabinets, I glued a transition piece (to serve as a ramp) to the side of the 1st plank that goes under the cabinets & up against the roller of the open slide.

So when you bring in the slide the roller climbs the transition piece up on top of the new flooring. Works great.

I want to THANK all who have taken time to provide a response to my post. I have a lot of good information from you and when the wife decides what she wants down on the floor, I should be able to go for it.
Again, THANK YOU.

Jim, I see you have a Monaco Windsor. I have the same coach and love it. You said you traded the carpet for laminate flooring. I am thinking about the same thine. Am I going to run into any problem. I do all of my own service and little things that have happened. I am so happy with my coach. It is a 2002 Windsor 38 footer. Thanks.

We removed our carpet and put in Lumber Liquidators vinyl planking that looks like stone. Only complaint is we let it float to much and have a few gaps that I have to fix. Other than that all is well kids, grandkids, and dogs easy cleanup

We just had Core-Tec vinyl planks installed and it is great - attractive and waterproof. Carpet One carries it.

Tommy, I see you live close to me (live in Palatka). We are thinking of replacing our carpet too, and we were wondering who did your installation for you? Need to find someone reputable. Thanks!

We replaced the floor in our 36' HR Endeavor with solid bamboo. It was expensive, but the result is stunning. We replaced the bedroom carpet and the carpert on the engine cover. It's about a year old now and no issues at all. My RV repair guy did the work and strongly advised against any sort of laminate or engineered hardwood. I trust his judgement completely.

Finally able to get a couple more pictures. Here is how ours turned out. I give credit and thanks to Ernie for his willingness to share his expertise to enable me to do this. This is my 1st MH install and it came out just fine. Have had it in 100 degree heat & below freezing with no problems. Only install issue is I learned to be generous with the glue when putting down the planks.
