Flooring replacement

We recently purchased a 2017 thor challenger 37 GT, and have a severe
problem with the flooring buckling in large areas. In addition there is water
leaking into a lower bin that they cant seem to repair. I feel the two issues
are related, we are concerned about a mold / mildew issue.
Anybody else with a similar problem?

Is "they" the dealer or Thor? If it is Thor that have to repair it as it is under warranty. Get their customer service involved with this.
