Probably not, but you didn't identify what type of flourescent bulb it is, e.g. F8T5 (12" length), F15T8 (18" length), etc. Most are one or the other, though, and those two both work the same.
Most all RV fluorescents, though have two pins on each end and you sometimes have to wiggle those two pins just right to make the connection. Remove the bulbs and carefully insert one pin on each end in the slot and push to the top until the bottom pin is within the bracket. Then carefully rotate the bulb in either direction to bring the bottom pin into contact. Typically, bith bulbs have to be inserted properly to get either to light, but that dependson the design of the fixture.
