Flying J Good Sam discount
Apparently Flying J / pilot do not have a RV discount card any longer. I was told by an associate that they now accept Good Sam from rvers. Can anyone tell me the diesel fuel discount offered with a Good Sam card at Flying J / pilot?

Feel sorry for those that have to buy fuel at truck stops....across the street, here in Yuma, was able to buy diesel for $.60 a gal less at a high turnover station....

Flying J Good Sam discount
I think the GS card only gets you 3 cents on gas unless something has changed. Not sure about diesel. The RV Plus card gets you 5 and 8 off.

5 and 8 off their inflated prices. Only reason I go to FJ now is if I can't get into a local station that is usually 25 -30cents less than FJ. It used to be the opposite and you could dump for free...things change !

Yeah - Flying J was bought out by Pilot several years ago.

This..... Haven't pumped in a truck stop in a long time. Prices are silly. Gas Guru finds me "normal" gas stations that save me hundreds. This year average fuel (diesel) cost is under $2.70 which is pretty good going up and down the east coast. I've seen $3.65 !!!!!
Yes, it occasionally gets "interesting" to get the rig (40' plus 20' trailer) in and out. I generally try to find a cluster of gas stations with decent prices on the app. 1: The chance that the prices are accurate are better, and 2: I'll be able to get in and out of one of them.
(When you see a VERY good price all by itself in the landscape the odds are the owner is lying to the app to get people in... once you're there you find out he's like everyone else, or worse. Now you NEED fuel and you'll buy. Not me..I leave enough in my tank to tell him to go and pound sand and go to plan B.)

I just got an offer to save 12 cent if I get their cc. But Sams Club gives me 5% at any fuel station.

On my 3000 miles trip last month the J's and Pilots were 20-40 cents ABOVE what I was paying. Enjoy your 12 cents.

Always Remember the Fuel across the street is cheaper BUT not Fresh Fuel !- I always stop at Flying J- Pilot because they use a lot of fuel- therefore it's fresher than across the street or discounts stations.
Been Fueling at Flying J's the last 20 year's and have never had a Fuel issue !
