fogged dual pane..fix idea...

alegro has 1/4'' single pane... never a problem... has anyone replaced the dual with single???

I've read where the fix is not permanent, and down the road the same problem

they want 550 to fix the fog on mine... and it might be more...

I'm in vegas if anyone knows some one that does this repair..

My coach is 13 years old and has had 2 fogged Windows. They were both fixed in '09 by Suncoast Design in Florida. They are still clear as are all the others. Worthwhile fix.

I'm thinking there is somebody in southern Cal but can't recall. Suncoast in Florida is the biggest & do lots of RVs. There is a guy in Bend, Or and someone in Arkansas.

I know this doesn't help since you are in Vegas, but a place in Arkansas does this and they are well known and liked. Obviously it's a drive, but maybe you were planning on going that way any how...

Disassemble window frame and remove glass. Have glass shop cut replacement piece out of 1/4 inch or thicker tinted safety pane and silicone in frame. Have used the the Fog Dr as live nearby. Take window to him $150 +. If he removes/replaces on coach $250+. DIY single pane $25.
Your windows are breakin seal cause you "off Road " and that hi revin V10 is settin up harmonics that crack seal.
Don't deny it now.
