foggged window replacement

Does any know of or recommend a shop in the general area of Portland Oregon that replaces fogged windows? Portland area could include the I-5 corridor down to Albany.

Here is a post by the RVGEEKS re: replacement of fogged windows. The company they used is is Vancouver, WA which I believe is nearby.
