Never had much luck with the RV gas ovens. Too uneven heat. Biscuits would burn on the bottom, be raw on top. Edges of cakes would be hard, center uncooked. No matter where we put the rack, it never seemed to work well, in multiple rigs over the years. No such problems with the Micro/convection oven. Every once in a blue moon it would be nice to have both (yesterday could have used the oven for the garlic bread, stove top for the ravioli and the micro for the veggies), but we always seem to be able to work it out. In our case we like having the extra kitchen storage space.
