Ford Customer Service

Need some advice. Had an engine problem on long trip. 2016 Fleetwood gas. 36/36 warranty expired on Sep 26. MH broke down on Sep 25. Called Ford Roadside assistance and started working with them to get into repair shop. At this point I was not really cocerned about warranty, just wanted to get MH fixed. Finally got MH in the shop on Sep 28. Service department said my warranty was out. By 2 days! Called Ford, they confirmed warranty was out and wouldn't pay. Argued with customer service that I started with Ford Roadside assistance on Sep 25. Ford's answer was that Roadside assistance was not Ford but a third party contractor. Still wouldn't pay. Any suggestions?

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I doubt that you will change their minds. You should have contacted a Ford dealer first, but as the saying goes, "hindsight is 20/20"! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!

Noticed you are kinda new on IRV2 and wanted to say hello!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Merry Christmas!
