Ford F53 Service Schedule

I did a quick search for a prefab maintenance schedule for my 2020 Bounder and did not find one. So I went through the manual for my Ford F53 Chassis and built myself a spread sheet in order to ensure I am on top of all of the maintenance requirements.

I used the Ford requirements for a Chassis used to tow. I assume our rigs are already heavy enough that we should be following these guidelines and I normally pull a toad so there is an extra 3000lbs back there. The only real change I made was replacing the Accessory Drive Belt at 7 years. Just a preventative choice on my part.

Hey, thanks alot. I thought about doing something like this but like everything else....I haven't gotten around to it. Not sure I can change fields in a PDF but I can always copy it over to Excel. You should add checking the front and rear sway bar bushings.

Glad it was useful to someone... I went with the same categories Ford puts in the manual so I can account during any warranty/extended warranty conversations... But I figured if I am underneath checking the u-joints, then the rest of the fittings will be included in my maintenance
