Ford V10 question

I'm a new guy to this forum, but not to rving. I have really enjoyed reading many of the very useful comments. We recently took delivery of a new Itasca 35P Suncruiser on the 24k chassis. On the return trip from Florida and in the last 20 miles the coach suddenly lost engagement of the transmission. The engine was running but power to the drivetrain was gone. I was able to pull over. I ran the tranny thru the gears and determined it was again engaged. Got home fine with no problems. By the way there were no notifications on the dash of any problem. I had been usung the tow/haul feature quite a lot in the boston mountains in Arkansas as well as north of Branson on 65. Since the coach is new I have a chassis warranty to fall back on, but wondering if anyone out there might give me some thoughts.

I would have the computer scanned and check for any trouble codes stored related to the transmission or computer. Typically loss of ANY forward gears is an internal mechanical problem. I assume it didn't pop in neutral while you were driving or is that possible?
