Forrest river slide digging under slide...plate needed

There is a problem with some Forrest river rigs where the slide digs into the bottom of slide as it goes out...plates r being given to some people but not to others....paid labor for some but not for others...need some serious action here Forrest river should own up to the defect.Any one else having this problem...There is approx 14 plates needed in some..people r really getting screwed here having to pay for this themselves...I have a 43fk Charleston 2015....how do u lift slide...from underneath or at the lip of the slide....big job...thanks all

This is a problem for most MFG's when you use a metal roller against a wood floor, and not to mention all the weight the slides carry, some are full wall slides. I have installed some aluminum plates on my slides for realignment and to protect the wood floor from the metal rollers. The worst wear is when the slide is closed and while traveling the weight of the floor being hammered against steel rollers. This is how I did my side repair by following this procedure.
