Four button Duo- Therm

Suffering from the stuck button problem. In September 2013 after putting up with stuck buttons our first year, I did the replace with a rebuilt process. Ordered from the guy who sends one to you and you pay if it works and send him back the old one.

Well, that one is now totally stuck at zone 2. Cannot find the info on the guy or on here.

Also found a couple of folks who discuss how to clean and check yourself. However, after taking this rebuilt one out, I see it is not the same as the original. Seem to remember the original had dip switches. None on this one.

What I need. At a minimum the rebuild guys info. Even better, is there an easy replacement so I do not do this every 18 months.

According to this Service Manual, the configuration switches are on a board in the roof-top air unit. http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/ccc.pdf

I believe there is a reset procedure, but my quick trip thru the manual, I didn't see it.

That's him. I'm going to try cleaning and wait a day or so before I contact him. Hoping someone who has found an easy replacement will reply. Don't want to do this every 18 months.

I got tired of messing with the 4 button so upgrade to the 5 button. Costs more but very simple to set 2 zones, heat strips, and furnace. Did the change out myself, not hard if you can do simple wiring.

No DIP switches on the temp controller as shown on the pix. Only on the PC boards on the rooftop. I recently took mine apart and cleaned the switches, but alas, it was worse than before I removed it so I just did the upgrade to 5 button.
Could have installed the rooftop A/C PC boards myself but read on this forum that the re-programming was a real pain so we just paid a local Duo Therm expert to upgrade. Cost about $300 including boards and $80 for the controller from Amazon.
The Duo Therm tech that did the upgrade said there was also a person in Idaho that repaired the 4 button controllers, but I didn't get his name. Can re contact him if your interested.

I now believe I was confused about the dip switches. They are on the Heart Interface, which I have also had apart.
