Freedom 458 Inverter/Charger Installation

I am installing a Freedom 458 Inverter Charger 2000 Amp, 2 inlet and 2 outlet provided, Only 1st inlet and 1st outlet connected. New unit to replace a 40 Amp charger that is now toast. The charger replaced the original equipment 1500 Xantrex inverter/charger. Problem no 120V power when inverter turned off. Power Line Load meter indicates 0 amps. Service type shows 30 amp when connected to 30 amp house receptacle. Gen Set when activated same reading 0 amps. Inverter Ok provides 120V to specific receptacles. When Inverter shut off no 120 power to total system. Charger is OK brought batteries to 13.5V All grounds checked. All breakers at foot of bed are activated. No back feed encountered during installation. Followed installation manual step by step. Previous 120V wires were connected to GFI outlet and provided power to 40 amp charger.

HELP

Your internal transfer relay is not working. If new, may need warranty service.

Do you have a sub panel fed by inverter?
Check the pop out breakers on the 458.
The 458 has an internal transfer switch that may be the issue if the above is ok

HELP
It sounds like you have power being supplied to number (1) AC input and using
number (2) output to feed the coach.
Change the output to number (1) output if this is the case.
