Fresh Water Tank Dump Valve

Has anyone replaced or repaired fresh water dump valve? Noticed mine has a constant drip can't turn the valve all they way to shut off? Not easy to get to, holding a mirror can see a flat head screw like holding down the handle. Was thinking to pull out the inside to be replace a washer or something

I replace them all the time. Generally they're a PVC based valve that, due to lack of operation, become bound up. Don't both trying to repair it as the majority of them are non-serviceable - just replace it.
