fridge door wood warped

The wood trip pieces (two) on my fridg door are warping out from the door.. i took them off and the door is not swelling. Its all the wood trim.. We are visiting Phoenix for short time. Is it the dry air doing this?
From Portland this camper has never seen dry air.

Yes, it is. I was just there last month and it did the same thing to me.
I took the wood off the doors layed them up side down and put some cardboard under the four corners and put a ice chest 3/4 full of water in it and let set for 4 days then everything was normal. put them back on the ref. good luck
