Front Brake Caliper-Pad noise

We have a 2006 Ford F53 Chassis Triton V-10 and recently on a trip
the right front wheel started making a terrible grating sound.

Took it to a repair facility and they said the slide pins were sticking on the calipers. They cleaned, lubed and replaced them.

On a recent 400 mile trip we still get some noise but not as bad. Shouldn't be any noise at all.

We have 39,000 miles on unit and tech said pads still had about 75% left.

Thoughts anyone?

Make sure the metal backing isn't scraping on the turning rotor. Also, you might lift the wheel off the ground and spin the tire and wobble it, looking for 'slop' in the wheel bearings. The noise could be a bad bearing if the brake caliper has been serviced.
