Front tire blowout safety

Hello all,
We got to discussing driving speeds on another thread which led to the topic of how to safely handle a blow out situation. I was asked to post these video links in a new thread to share the learnings from others with all. Safe driving everyone!

Agreed, there is no need to let a blowout cause a crash.

That's why I bought the SteerSafe stabilizers right after buying the MH!

WyoFree,

a couple other brands include Safe-T-Plus and Blue Ox True Center. Pros and cons to all of them.

I installed the SafeSteer on my MH a couple weeks ago and drove about 2700+ miles and I have to say I couldn't tell much difference in the steering. I.E. The wind and passing truck still push me around - the one thing I did get was the hope that if I had a front blowout, I might have some additional help in controlling the MH. I guess that was worth the $470 investment.

Steer Safe for me

I am on my 3rd Steer Safe. I would not own a Motor Home without one.
