Just finished my cover blockes 90 percent sun and heat . Cost less than 150. I think wrinkles will come out when it heats up. Easy to make if you can do a little sewing.

Very nice! It's a little hard to tell from the photos but it appears you attached the cover to your driver door so it is useable even with the cover on. If so, good thinking!!

Got all the material from sailrite . Started from middle of windshield working out using duct tape to hold up then marking around rubber for sewing. Put snaps in aluminum around window frame and door frame this will hold better than in fibreglass.will send pics of how I store it rolled up on1 inch pipe layed on 4 inch plastic pipe
For got to say the cover material is made by phifer its a see through sun screen comes in different degrees 70 to 90 percent sun block I got 90 percent
Here's our 100 percent sunblock cover, made from that aluminum, bubble stuff. If I ever find a piece big enough, I'll make it out of one piece of material.
