Front Windshield displays

I have see this at a few of the campgrounds we frequent. Mostly class A's with all that room around the front window. I see it with mostly full timers.

Some of these displays kinda look AOK but about 80% I have seen look kinda cheap to tackey.

What's the idea behind these window displays? Looks like some people have put quite a bit of work into some of these displays.

Thanks for the replys.

You mean like Christmas decorations? We tried putting up a very small tree in the front window but the cat decided to take it down while we were away on an evening walk.

Tackiest thing I've seen is 3 or 4 mannequin heads with wigs sitting on the dash watching as we walked by. My 2 cats like to lay on our dash.

You see them alot at Fort Wilderness where they have as many Disney characters as they can find space for. To each their own.

We are at Ft. Wilderness as we speak/type and have seen a lot of those characters on RVs. It may or may not be tacky, but who cares, the kids love it and that's what it is all about.

We were eating lunch at Cracker Barrel and my son fell in love with a stuffed possum. It now hangs down on one of the windows for everyone to see.

I agree, when I said to each their own I was saying it's their RV and they are free to do what they want. No judgement here.

Your thinking cap should be able to help you answer your own question. We don't have a display, but we like looking at others. What is your experience in RV'ing, how often do you RV v "go camping" , and what kind of rig do you have? That should help with the question, I might even have a couple to ask you about your lifestyle.
