X2 on a remote temp sensor in the basement wet bay, this will tell you the temps actually are running so you can take action before you have a problem.

In lower temps I don't even attempt to used the Heat Pumps but instead use small cube heaters in the living areas after we got the interior temp up using the propane furnace.

I do not have an aquahot, I survived living in my coach Mar/April in Northern Michigan by using a small cube heater in the basement compartment, I used a temp sensor and kept an eye on it as it was located right next to the bed. You could mount a small cube in the basement as a backup and use as needed.

How much fuel did you have when you parked, the aquahot system's pick up tub is probably at least 1/3 of the way off the bottom of your tank. If you were low on fuel the aquahot could have died due to lack of fuel.

Frozen pipes

Do you know if your water bay heater works, there should be a switch on the control panel inside the coach to turn on the water bay heater. Be sure to set the thermostat to Furnace on all zones to get the diesel Aqua Hot heating stuff up and running and keep the roof heat pump turned off as they will do you no good in those temps.

As far as I can tell, we don't have a water bay heater. We have done the light bulbs and have gone through 2 in the last couple of days. The Monaco owners manual is not very clear on some things, the heater being one. The only thing it covers on furnace mode is if you are moving down the road. The thermostats are set on heat and when it is too cold, it kicks over to aux heat. We have no problem with the coach being warm. It is cool/cold near the windows.

It is supposed to warm up to the 40's in a couple of days and I hope we can get it figured out. We are also going to try and put some skirting around the coach to see if it helps. I may also call Monaco. It is very frustrating to learn about this coach this way.

keep the aqua hot running till you can winterize the water system or you could be in for a very expensive repair.

There was just an article in the Oregonian Newspaper today about the unusually severe winter they have been having in Baker City. Some residents are saying it has been the coldest winter with the most snow in fifty years. Probably too much for most Motor Home heating systems.
