Fuel Filter Change - Left Over Diesel?
What do you do with it? I changed my filters yesterday and have two coffee cans about 3/4 full of diesel. Can I build a Rube Goldberg filter and recycle it back into the tank?

As far as I know you can. It's just higher refined oil.
Now I think gas would be a different story but, they still have areas for all kinds of hazardous waste.

Why can't you just put it back into the tank? I mean, you've got new filters on the engine now and, they WILL catch anything foreign anyways, right?
