Fuel gauge not working 2001 Monoco

Boy, I'm finding more things wrong than I anticipated. I figured the gas gauge didn't work when I bought it.(stuck on full) Had it at a rv dealer and he informed me that I would have to take it to a truck dealer to have it repaired. Got a certified Aqua-hot repairman coming out to look at it. This coach is alot more complicated than my Discovery.

Welcome to irv2. Hopefully you'll get these few things fixed and begin to enjoy your new rig.

More than likely the sending unit in the fuel tank is bad or the float is stuck at the top of the tank.

I just replaced my sending unit on my 99 Monaco Windsor. The company is Centroid Products. Tel. 386 423 3709. Talk to Mary. Cost $73.00 plus shipping. Very easy do it yourself fix. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Monoco fuel gauge not working

Thanks everyone for the information. This is my 2nd coach. The first one was a 200 Discovery. Although I had a few issues with it. I managed to get them ironed out. As I said in a previous thread, this was a repo. Bought it as is, where is. Buyer beware! Hopefully I can get the bugs worked out. This is the greatest site!
