You need to give us a little more information:
What preceded the perceived lack of fuel flow?
When was the last time the engine ran?
How much fuel is in the tank?
Assuming you have sufficient fuel in the tank, you may have an air leak that is preventing the fuel from being sucked from the tank by the pump. The air leak could be a defective seal or small hole in the line. You can have an air leak and not leak fuel.

just drove it from Wildwood Florida to exit 33 in South Carolina a week ago didn't try to start until today ,can't get fuel to the electric fuel pump. it does only have a quarter of tank of fuel but always has run with a quarter tank
Is the electric fuel pump running? If so, the pump, not pump motor, has failed or the fuel line is clogged, or the fuel pickup has disconnected, or there's a hole/leak in the suction line that is sucking air.
