Full Wall Slide History
American Coach, Newmar, Winnie, - plus others.
How are they holding up?
Mechanical, leaks, etc.
Also, seeing any fiberglass cracks in body next to slide corners??
Some big name coach builders still are not offering full Wall slides for various reasons.

I spend a lot of time on various RV forums/sites and don't see any more complaints about full walls than other slides. And none about cracking or structural problems. The only problem that seems unique to them is syncing the multiple motors needed to move a very long slide, and that does not seem like a common problem at all.
Can you cite some of those "big name coach builders still are not offering full Wall slides"? I don't think the monocoque Prevost bus shell can accommodate one, but a Newell probably could. I've not heard of a Newell full wall (yet). I thnk all the body-on-frame coach builders have at least one full-wall model, though.

I would think he's referring to Tiffin and Entegra. As far as I know they don't have FWS's.

Yes, -- Tiffin and Entegra are the two, -- I have not seen one on a Prevost Conversion

Ours (called a super slide, includes living room and galley) hasn't been an issue. Still pretty much all original, hasn't required anything but a vigilant eye on the whereabouts of the dogs while using. They're so unimpressed it will often be scooting them on the tile floor while closing...

Newmar ventana full wall slide
Up until yesterday I would have said no problem, only one controller adjustment on our 2014. However made noises today and took it into service center, the steel sleeve the slide comes out from has a crack in it, the steel failed. Have a call into Newmar now but we are in Alaska and so far no one wants to touch it.
