Fuse Panel Info

I have a 1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow and the chassis was built by Oshkosh. Under the dash on the drivers side is the 12 volt fuse panel. I'm having a problem with the dash fan for air and heat. I would like to find something that tells what each of the fuses are for. What is connected to each. The wiring system is a nightmare and impossible to trace. I have the Manuel but it is useless.
