Well, As I said, the "Mounting hardware" was missing from the one I got so I put up a couple of "Eye bolts" from the hardware and painted them to match the coach.. THey really do dissappear from a distance if the Gen-Turi is not hanging on 'em Look real good.

What sold me on it:

When this coach was new I had a few times I ran the Generator, Parked, both slides in and out. 2 hours and the CO alarm here in the bedroom became very annoying.

Hooked up the Gen-turi and on two occasions have run the Generator for 25 hours straight and no alarm.

Went to a rally and used my Gen-turi.. Neighbor did not and again my alarm was very annoying.

I'm sold on the Gen-turi big time.. Considering (when I get the funds to start rallying again) buying a 2nd one for the neighbor when he does not have one.. For sale to him, premium price however.

Just show up in LA (Lower Alabama) anytime; we have lots of great restaurants and additionally I'm a very good cook, especially burgers.

If SeaJay also shows we will have entertainment while we cook.

As for solving the world's problems that could be a little daunting at this time.

I have a Gen-turi I use for football tailgating and I manufactured a spacer
to go between the pipe and motorhome. It's a small 2x6 with a notch cut out to hold the pipe and I glued rubber on the end that goes against the motorhome. I also painted the block to match the the paint in the MH because as my wife says I'm a perfectionist.

The block is held in place when I attach the two black bungles. I painted the brackets that the lunges attach to and put them on. They look fine when the Gen- Turi isn't installed.

Just some ideas. There are now a lot like it at the games now.

Nah, it would be easy. If they'd just listen to me.

Anyway you guys could post a picture of the "stainless eye straps" and fasteners? Or, direct me to a link somewhere else that shows what you have done?

I bought a Gen-Turi to use at a bluegrass festival. It worked great, but holding it in place is a hassle since I don't want to install anything in the fiberglass sides. I used suction cups and they worked OK, but occasionally came off during the week I was there.

Thanks if you have more details.

This may be a little more exotic than you want, but I built a removeable bracket out of a gate hinge that attaches inside a storage bay.

Very creative, and way beyond my skills level.

Can you use some kind of suction cup.. If I read the box properly they are supposed to be inside the box (The answer is yes)

You can also use the bolt-on "Eye bolts" (Which, by the way, can be painted to match your rig and truly do not look bad at all if they are)

Or even something like 3-m's COMMAND hooks.

They only need to hold a couple of pounds each,

By the way, Thanks for buying the Gen-Turi. it is a great system and may well save a life or two (of course you will never know if it does) by not gassing either you or the people parked next to you with Carbon monoxide.

Hardly a year goes by we don't read of someone who did NOT have a Gen-turi.

To date all posters have been overwhelmingly positive in their Gen-Turi responses. Let's look at this after market product in a different light. Did you ever wonder why no gemerator manufacturer has offered such a device as an accessory for their generator product. Similarily, did you ever wonder why no motor home manufacturer offers such a device as an accessory and we all know they make serious profit on accessories. Did any of you ever call a generator manufacturer's technical service department, ie. Onan and say this is what you are intending to do, can they offer any suggestions? You might find these answers not to your liking. Just thoughts for consideration, Ken....
