Question General questions re front entry door

HR Neptune 35SBD

Front Entry Door
1 Doe's anyone know of a screen door closer that works really well for this
particular application?

2 Doe's anyone know of a fix for the hold open/stay bar on the main door? Mine is not locking/snapping open, I have tried different adjustments to no
avail.

Climb up on a ladder, take a look at the very top of the door, you will see a small steel "stop" that has been worn so that it no longer holds the door open. Check to see if your door was manufactured by "PTL Engineering, if so you may be able to get a replacement as they are still in business;

Welcome to the Official Site of PTL Engineering

I just found out that is why my door will not stay open.

Here's what I installed on my MH to help keep the screen door closed. It works OK. Will not always latch the screen door fully closed depending on how wide the screen door was open when you let go. But it always keeps it 98% closed. Have to drill two holes to mount one end of the springs in the door jamb and the other ends mount to one of the hinge screws. It does not affect the screen door when it is latched open to the main door.
