generator and refrigerator problems

we own a 2007 gulfstream cresendo deisel pusher, problem 1. we took it to be serviced and the tech couldn't service the generator because it doesn't slide out. we have coolant leaking from it and can't get to the leak to repair it, any suggestions on how to service it, it doesn't drop down and out. problem 2. while the rv was being serviced i turned the refridge off, now it comes on and the freezer is chilling but the refridgerator is not. the light is on but it isn't cooling. i do not have it turned on gas, the ac is on.

That unit has to come out it's in the front on the MH there is a slide oh it and there is a pull handle someware in or on the outside. The refer might have a piese of trask shook loose while it was off and made a blockage, also try it on gas the electric element might be not heating up enough

It's true - some less expensive coaches don't have generator slides in the front. I didn't think the Crescendo was one of them, though.

Which Crescendo model is it? Many 2007 Crescendos were front diesels, so the generator would be along the side somewhere. In the pusher models, their brochure shows a generator access panel in front. Probably no slide for it, though. Just an access.

How long has the fridge been on? It takes awhile to cool down fully.

Some of the access did flip up and made it a pain to do anything but that is a pretty high line coach figure it would slide out

I just looked at that pdf and they were saying about a front engine Diesel model if so then gennie would be in the back
