Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry you're here with a " strange " problem .

Your coach must be equipped with an ATS ( Automatic Transfer Switch ) and if both ACs work off the gen set it sounds like you're getting full power to the coach .
Questions .

I'm assuming your shore power cord is a four prong 50 amp system, is that what you have ?
Is there more than one circuit breaker on the gen set ?
Have you tried re-setting the circuit breakers on the gen set ?
In the on-board 120 volt circuit breaker panel , do you have two breakers marked for A/C ?
What I'm trying to determine , is if both roof top A/C units were a factory install , or if a previous owner added the second unit and your wiring isn't 100% factory .

Or do you have the 30amp system with the intellitec system?

Hi... thanks for responding I just got it home today don't really have the time to get into it at the moment But I couldn't help myself anyway I do know it has the 3 prong shore power plug. ( 30 amp) I assume.. Onan lp generator, I haven't had time yet to really get into it..Or check the breakers inverter, gen breakers,or Find the transfer switch..I have heard about plugin in the power cord back in to the out let in the cord storage box area, but all I can find there is a phone jack and a cable plugin TV i guess ... I have tried to reset the wall plugs to no avail... I will try all the suggestions You said tomorrow thank You very much.. ...I will keep You posted on progress..

You stated that your AC's work off the generator in your initial post. If that is so then you most likely have an ATS, that is if you don't have to plug the shore cable into an outlet in the electric bay.
So what you may want to check is the circuit breakers on the generator. There should be 2 of them. Trip them both and then reset them, then start up the generator and see if things inside have changed.
Let us know what you find out.

I don't know how the air conditioners were wired into the 30 amp system since my Sunvoyager was partially converted to 50 amp when I got it. PO replaced the shore power cord, added a second load line to the ATS, but left the 30 amp circuit breaker (distribution) panel in it.
The A/Cs may run off one of the generator circuits and rest of the coach may be run from the second generator breaker. Check the breakers on the generator. If they are both on check all the breakers in the distribution panel. My ATS switch is mounted in the storage compartment under the bed, just behind the distribution panel.

Check your wall plugs for a GFCI and make sure it isn't tripped. There will be one in the bathroom and probably in an outdoor compartment also.

This makes the most sense, IMO^^.

Based on the information given, everything works when on shore power so the GFIC cannot be the problem. First step would be to check/reset the breakers on the genset.

Have you read your owners manual? You should either have an automatic transfer switch that senses when you generator is on and switches the coach over to that circuit, or you have to manually plug your main power cord into the generator power. Your AC units demand the most power and therefor may have been wired in "parallel" with your shore power supply. Please let us know what you find out!

Let me see, I do believe that the OP said "ALL electrics work fine when on Shore Power" Thus checking the GFCI breakers make NO sense in this case.
OK I might be wrong, that is only if they wired all of the MH with 2 completely different circuits and wires to allow it to run from 2 different sources.

Nope not happening, try again.

Yes you can; however if you stop at a gas station for fuel, you should shut it down while fueling. Also your refrigerator if running on propane. All of this is for safety.

And for all you haters out there, I just tried to give some good advise.
OK I'm done, Ill come down off my soap box now.
