My water/antifreeze over flow tank for my 10,000 onana/ cummins generator was leaking a little and I would like to replace the tank.
It's just a little plastic tank but cummins wants 125.00 just for the tank.
I patched it up a little and that seems to be working for now but I would like to replace with a new one.
It's probably worth about 25.00. Anyone know where I might find one?

I suggest measuring and noting all dimensions and attachment points then go to a salvage yard and start looking. It's a pretty basic functioning tank, any shape or size you can mount will do the job. Good luck with it.

I believe you are wrong it is worth what ever they can charge for it and get people to buy it. You might seem to thin it is only worth 25.00 I am not sure why you think that. I have not seen anything for a motor home yet that was 25.00. The small piece of plastic that goes on the end of the awning over my door is very small and a very little amount of material to make it and it was 75.00. If you do not like the price that onan charges make your own and then you can decide if it was really worth only 25.00

Of course for about 8.00 you can buy epoxy that is made for repairing tanks and possibly repair it. I bought some at an automotive parts store to repair the plastic fuel tank on my tractor. It has been working now for about three years and I believe if it will seal a leak on the bottom of a diesel fuel tank it will seal a radiator.

It is just a coolant recovery tank.

Should be plenty of generic kits at normal auto parts stores.

Take yours out and take it with you and see if you can find one close in size.

They can be mounted somewhere else as long as it is within same level

It's pretty common especially on the 7500 Onan put a brass barbed fitting in the bottom which splitts the plastic. Be lucky you don't have to drop your genny $$$$.
