Georgetown by Forest River 378TS

We are looking at the 2012 378TS Georgetown. We want to tow our 3500# car on a flat bed car hauler. I'm a little concerned that the V10 Ford won't be up to the challenge. Looking for any advice from Forest River or Ford V10 owners. I'm sure it would be fine on the flat, but I don't want to be that rig in the slow lane at 30 mph going up the hill. Thanks for any inputs.

I had a 2008 378 ts and loved it, the v10 had plenty of power i thought, I towed an enclosed cycle trailer with 2 harleys, and also a car at times and it had plenty of power,
