Never seen one of these so I am just guessing. If you have a sprayer attachment, is the supply fitting the same size as the one needed for the bidet device? If so, you could put a T fitting on it so you could still use both devices. If not the same size, maybe you could find an adapter to make it fit?
Like I said ... just a guess. Let us know if this works.

I'd recommend a toilet seat bidet like this one
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's easy to install. I just ran a compression T fitting to the existing water line. Can't beat having a toilet seat bidet. So much cleaner.

If you want hot and cold water going to your bidet, this one will work well:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A0RX2UI?ref=emc_b_5_i
You would need to tap into both cold and hot water lines. My DW and I just use the cold water model and it's fine for us.

We met a couple of young full-timers - boondocking in the desert of all places - who were just starting out in a converted cargo van that they redid themselves. Her only requirement was a bidet... and she got it. Sorry, don't know the details but I guess it could be done.

Supply Line
I do have a hand held sprayer on the Dometic macerating toilet. Part of the issue is that the water is only supplied to the hand held sprayer when the toilet is in the process of flushing. However...the shower always flows when the pump is on, or I'm hooked up to city water.

Phochief...the Bidet that I have shown in the photo, is very much like the one in your link. The supply is the issue.

How is the toilet supplied with water. Is there an exposed pipe or valve ?
I had to drill thru a wall to access a pex pipe to tap into.

Bidet connection
I installed this same one in our Newell and it works great. I found the parts at Home Depot to connect them--they are called Shark Bite connections.
