I've had GSRA for several years and have only used it twice. Once to jump start a dead battery in my car, they arrived 15 minutes after I called; and once when I got the MH out of the storage barn and it would not go into gear after I got it out of the barn. As it turned out the Allison computer determined the idle was too high on the B model Cummins so it refused to engage; rusty throttle linkage caused that problem.

The GSRA assistant wanted to tow it to a facility I'd never heard of and I told them their was an Allison shop less than 10 miles away. If I need them again when I'm in unfamiliar territory I will use Google for the closest shop before I call GSRA.

I have used this service twice and I am pleased with their service in Texas.
