If you don't mind going a few miles north of SLC between Layton and Ogden, Charlie's is a very popular shop especially for Alpha owners but they work on any brand of RV.

We stopped for a quick visit in our Winnebago pusher a few years ago and they were very helpful.

Here's their website: Charlies Service --Sunset Utah

A few years ago we used State Trailer Supply at their Salt Lake City location. We had lost a Big Foot leveler pad from our 5th wheel. We called ahead, they ordered it and installed same upon our arrival. They understood that we were traveling and got us in and out quickly. Very clean store and shop.
