I've converted most of my lights to LEDs, including the flourescents. I got them from RVLEDBulbs.com - RV LED Bulbs and Light Accessories.
Tv upgrades are popular too - replacing the old tube sets with LCD digital tvs. Not only is it a digital and HD capable, it is much thinner and lighter, so you can usually re-do the cabinetry and make it smaller, or mount a tv where none was possible before.
Another popular mod is new flooring, maybe laminate in a synthetic wood, stone or tile pattern. Modern flooring materials are light weight but sturdy and even the high end materials are not expensive for the small amount of flooring in an RV. Labor is another story if you can't do it yourself, though.

We've been upgrading the coach since we got it. - Installed a Progressive Industries EMS
- Replaced cheap-looking faucets with nice residential ones
- Replaced CRT TV's & standard VCR/DVD player with LED TV's & Blu-Ray players
- Replacing (in progress) all accordian day/night shades with MCD duo-shades (motorized for cockpit windshield)
- Replaced CRT monitor & B&W back up camera with LCD monitor & color back up camera
- Replaced crappy shower head with Oxygenics shower head
- Replaced dim yellow porch fixture with an LED motion-detector Smart-Light
I don't know where it'll end. Seems like every year, we find something else to improve.

I tried an LED bulb, wife hates the color of them so $25 wasted!
Last time out the OEM TV got flakey, have to pick it up and drop it about ¼" and maybe it'll come on so I guess that's my next "upgrade"
Don't want to rebuild the cabinets so that limits the TV size too.
Been looking at new flooring too, even picked some out but haven't gone back to get it. Maybe this winter.
Did put new tires and Alcoa wheels on though.

We tried several & at different lumens before we found ones we liked. The cool white ones gave off a bluish light - made the colors in the coach look really weird. Warm white ones were too much like the incandescent ones we already had - too dim. Ended up with bright white ones - close to actual daylight.
