Gary- You're list was right on! I found you summed up my RV search very succinctly!

Re: maintenance- I found the freightliner chasis manual online- the preventive schedule seemed quite sparse to me: after the initial service, between 6K and 20K only tire rotation is listed. Even oil changes are between 7K and 18K depending on the configuration.

I would add just one little item that I don't think I saw. The length of the MH will determine where you can (camp) ie National Parks have restrictions. As we have moved up from a tent, pop up, C, A, there are some places we can't get in any more. With a tow vehicle it shouldn't be a problem.
