GP Logistics SLDD7 7' Compact Folding Ladder

Tired of carrying a ladder on the back of the motorhome, found this one on Amazon.com that will fold up and fit in the compartments. Those of you who have it, do you like it or is it not worth the money?? Would like to have a Little Giant, but it would have to ride on the MH ladder as it's too big for the compartments. Currently using a folding standard alum ladder.

Guess no one is using this ladder with 47 lookies and no responses. I stopped in at Camper World in Henderson, NV yesterday to look at one but they wouldn't let me try it out. Said it was a liability thing. Not going to purchase without a test run.

So, does anyone have this fold up ladder and what do you think about it??????????

I have only used mine about 5 times and other than pinching my fingers once have not had any issues. I've washed windows on it, worked on clearance lights and it was very stable. Spread it out, set the locks and your good to go. Mine lays nicely in the Joey bed but I think there is a thread where someone hung a pvc pipe in their storage then slides the ladder in that.

I use mine all the time. Just remember it's a folding ladder, make sure it's on solid ground.

All movement gets exaggerated from all the joints.

I have not had a single problem with it.

I have had one for many years and it works fine. A little oil in the joints makes for easy folding.

Not sure of the brand, but I have one and it works just fine. It's stable enough (although I agree with the post above that using it on level, hard ground is best). I am a little worried about the ladder sliding around inside my through-compartment, so I'm going to install a 5" vinyl fence post or some other system for fixing it in place. Not a big deal, just something to do when I get a "round tuit." Oh, and I had to add a warning label that reads: "CAUTION: Clear fingers before folding ladder."

I have one of these ladders. Works great if you make sure it is on solid ground.
Mine is stored in a pieces of plastic square post that was purchased at Lowes.
Another good upgrade is the top shelf. Allows use of top rung when trying to reach reach out that extra couple of inches.

Here is a good idea for storage of folding ladder.
