GPS and weather alerts

Does any RV GPS have a weather alert feature for the area that you are currently in?

I downloaded the NOAA App on my iPhone. You can add zip codes for where you will be traveling. If you enter a zip code that is not in their system you simply email them and they will add it in.

NOAA weather band on most radios works great. Weather Bug on Android Phone provides alerts for local and destination locations.

To answer your question I am not aware of weather alert on a GPS - yet - but if they can combine it someone will eventually whether it is necessary or not.

My aftermarket Kenwood stereo with built in Garmin GPS and XM radio lets you subscribe to XMs traffic/weather broadcast. Weather alerts pop up automatically and traffic jams show up and the GPS can reroute you around the traffic. It works, but its not 100% reliable.
