You read so many post about bad experiences when people bring their coaches in for repairs. I would like to post one that was that sings the praises of a repair shop. I have a 2006 40 ft Dutch star DP and was not pleased with the satellite system. I called RV travelers repair in Cabot AR. this summer and talked to a tech person named Matt. He stayed on the phone for about twenty minuets instructing me how to change the settings from dish to direct TV. He didn't know me I never had been in their shop before. He freely gave up his time to help a stranger. The satellite system I had was not meeting my needs so I called set up an appointment for them to put in a system that would do what I wanted. They quoted me a price and how long it would take. I brought the RV to them they did the job on time and for the price quoted. When I was picking it up and they were showing me how to use the new equipment I noticed a widow that was cranked open. When closing it the roller fell out of the track. Matt had to take the window apart to replace the roller. He had to drill out two rivets to do this. Not only did he fix it he made sure that he painted the rivet heads black to match the window. He is a perfectionist and does meticulous work. He did not charge for this because he cranked out the window. It is hard to find people that take such pride in their work but this RV shop does. Oh by the way the satellite systems works great. If your ever in need of a RV repair shop near Cabot AR. I would recommend RV travelers repair in Cabot AR.
